Since 2015 Tokyo Tina has been the ‘go to’ for modern Japanese in Melbourne. Inspired by the diversity of Japanese cuisine and its sub-cultures, Tina has an identity that is all her own. The menu is creative without being confused, respectful but not bound by tradition. Classics like Salmon Tartare with compressed nashi pear served with sesame crackers or new hits like Prawn Katsu Buns. The bar is locked and loaded with a tried and tested cocktail list. Whisky and sake are never too far away.
